Position: Roofing Repair Expert

This is a great opportunity to join a growing, established roofing team. We are looking for a self-motivated service technician who can independently diagnose roofing issues, perform repairs, and deliver excellent customer service in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential roofing systems to identify damage, leaks, and problem areas
• Diagnose roof leaks and determine sources of water intrusion
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and service work on existing roofing systems
• Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components for proper function
• Recommend practical and cost-effective repair solutions to homeowners
• Maintain a safe job site and follow all company safety procedures
• Document completed work and communicate clearly with customers and management

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on residential roofing repair and service experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, flashing, and ventilation
• Proven ability to troubleshoot leaks and roofing issues accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license required
