Position: Roofing Repair Expert
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, established roofing team. We are looking for a self-motivated service technician who can independently diagnose roofing issues, perform repairs, and deliver excellent customer service in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential roofing systems to identify damage, leaks, and problem areas
- Diagnose roof leaks and determine sources of water intrusion
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and service work on existing roofing systems
- Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components for proper function
- Recommend practical and cost-effective repair solutions to homeowners
- Maintain a safe job site and follow all company safety procedures
- Document completed work and communicate clearly with customers and management
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on residential roofing repair and service experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, flashing, and ventilation
- Proven ability to troubleshoot leaks and roofing issues accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license required
