Senior Roofing Service Technician
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our growing team is looking for a highly experienced professional with strong, deep residential roofing expertise. We are not looking for apprentices—we need a seasoned service technician who can step onto any residential property, diagnose a complex leak, and execute a permanent repair safely and efficiently.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform high-quality roof repairs and maintenance across various residential properties.
- Inspect roofs to identify, troubleshoot, and trace water leaks back to their source.
- Ensure all field work complies strictly with standard roof details, installations, and preventative maintenance programs.
CRITICAL HIRING BENCHMARKS
- A Decade of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on roofing installation experience.
- Service Background: At least 5 years of dedicated service and leak repair experience.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive, top-to-bottom knowledge of residential roof details and components.
- Safety First: Strong, proven knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction/roofing safety practices.
