Roofing Sales Strategy Manager

Position: Roofing Sales Strategy Manager

Join us as a key leader responsible for shaping the future of our roofing sales operation. You’ll focus on strategy, team development, and revenue growth, turning a strong sales team into a high-efficiency, high-close-rate machine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives
  • Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics
  • Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team
  • Proven record of strong sales performance
  • Strong coaching and team development skills

Compensation
