Qualified Candidate Must Have Sales Management Experience Handling Home Improvement/Roofing Sales Representatives

Experience

  • 5+ years of sales management experience in Home Improvements/Roofing
  • Experience managing 25+ sales representative in Home Improvement Industry
  • Proven “1 Call Close” track record

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage roofing sales representatives
  • Coach the team on closing techniques and customer experience
  • Drive team performance and sales growth
