A well established, growing roofing company is hiring a Roofing Repair Service Technician in Romeo, MI. This is not a production crew role. This position is for a skilled diagnostic and repair expert who takes pride in solving complex residential roofing issues and delivering high quality workmanship.

About the Role

As a Roofing Repair Service Technician, you will inspect residential roofing systems, identify the source of leaks, troubleshoot complex roof issues, and complete detailed repairs on roof components including flashings, valleys, shingles, and other waterproofing areas.

This role requires a high level of roofing knowledge, attention to detail, and confidence working independently in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform high quality residential roof repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance on residential roofing systems
• Inspect roofs to identify and troubleshoot leaks
• Accurately pinpoint the source of roofing issues
• Repair flashings, valleys, shingles, and other roof components
• Apply strong waterproofing and installation knowledge to each repair
• Manage repair schedules efficiently and work independently
• Follow OSHA and construction safety protocols on every job
• Deliver clean, detailed, and professional workmanship

• 10+ years of hands on residential roofing installation experience
• 5+ years of specialized roofing service, leak detection, and repair experience
• Strong knowledge of roof details, waterproofing, and installation techniques
• Experience diagnosing complex residential roofing issues
• Ability to perform detailed repairs with accuracy and care
• Strong commitment to safety
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and construction safety protocols
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Strong schedule management and follow through
