Roofing Repair Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled, quality-driven Roofing Repair Service Technician to join our expanding team. This is not a production crew role; we are looking for a dedicated diagnostic and repair expert who takes pride in resolving complex residential roofing issues and delivering top-tier workmanship.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality residential roof repairs and preventative maintenance.

  • Inspect roofs to identify, troubleshoot, and accurately pinpoint the source of leaks.

  • Execute detail-oriented repairs on flashings, valleys, shingles, and various roof components.

Position Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on residential roofing installation experience.

  • 5+ years of specialized experience in roofing service, leak detection, and repair.

  • Extensive, masterful knowledge of roof details, waterproofing, and installation techniques.

  • Strong commitment to safety with thorough knowledge of OSHA and construction safety protocols.
