Position: Roofing & Exterior Project Manager
Manage the entire process from sale to installation, ensuring roofing projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
What You Bring
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct and document on-site punch list walkthroughs, coordinate corrections, and obtain final approvals.
• Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Monitor project progress and address installation or scheduling issues as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of roofing project management experience.
• Residential roofing installation experience.
