Roofing Canvassing Manager

Company: The Best Roofing company of it's kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. 30 Year old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding and gutters.

Position: Roofing Canvassing Manager

We are looking for an experienced door to door leader to manage our canvassing team and drive customer outreach efforts. Earn Salary, Commission, Performance Bonuses and Team Overrides!

Responsibilities

  • Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
  • Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.
