Residential Project Manager

Looking for a stable, fast-growing company where you can completely own the production process?

We are seeking an experienced Residiential Project Manager (Roofing) to take the reins of our project pipeline. In this role, you take full custody of the project the moment a contract is signed, managing the entire lifecycle seamlessly through to final installation and customer sign-off.

Responsibilities At-A-Glance:

  • Manage the post-sale handoff to final installation workflow.

  • Order materials accurately and track delivery schedules for job sites.

  • Schedule installation dates dynamically with homeowners, crews, and subcontractors.

  • Inspect active projects, managing on-site punch lists and field corrections.

  • Resolve client, installer, and subcontractor challenges seamlessly.

Hiring Requirements:

  • 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in the roofing industry.

  • Hands-on, practical background with residential roofing installations.

  • Sharp, detail-oriented mindset with strong multi-tasking abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and high-stakes problem-solving skills.
