Position: Regional Sales Manager
We are currently expanding and looking for an experienced Sales Leader to lead and grow our roofing and home improvement sales team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in the home improvement industry especially with roofing, knows how to build strong teams, and can drive consistent results.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage roofing sales representatives
- Coach the team on selling and closing techniques
- Monitor sales performance and improve conversion rates
- Set clear sales targets and hold the team accountable
- Drive revenue growth and overall team productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of home improvement sales management experience
- Background in home improvements especially roofing
- Experience managing at least 20 sales representatives
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
