Position: Residential Roofing Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to take ownership of our project pipeline from start to finish. In this role, you take full custody of each project the moment a contract is signed — managing the entire lifecycle seamlessly through to final installation and customer sign-off.
Responsibilities At-A-Glance:
- Manage the post-sale handoff through to final installation
- Order materials accurately and track delivery schedules for job sites
- Schedule installation dates dynamically with homeowners, crews, and subcontractors
- Inspect active projects, managing on-site punch lists and field corrections
- Resolve client, installer, and subcontractor challenges quickly and professionally
Hiring Requirements:
- 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in the roofing industry
- Hands-on, practical background with residential roofing installations
- Sharp, detail-oriented mindset with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and high-stakes problem-solving skills
