Marketing Trainee

Exciting opportunity to join our growing team! We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and interacting with homeowners. No experience required — full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods
  • Identify homes with old or damaged roofing
  • Educate homeowners on products and financing options
  • Schedule free consultation appointments (NO selling required)

Qualifications

  • Outgoing and positive attitude
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Comfortable walking neighborhoods
  • Reliable transportation required (car/truck)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary + Commission + Bonuses
  • Earn $50,000–$75,000 annually
