Position: Inside Sales Representative

Qualified candidate MUST have experience in Home Improvements

This role focuses on customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-install paperwork, and presenting additional services or options for the customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Call homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
  • Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
  • Complete final paperwork and approvals
  • Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed

Requirements

  • Phone sales and customer service experience in Home Improvement Industry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to explain products and services
  • Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
