Home Improvement Sales Manager – Roofing Division

Position: Home Improvement Sales Manager – Roofing Division

Step into a leadership role where you’ll build and scale a top-producing roofing sales team. We’re looking for a proven leader who can train, motivate, and consistently drive sales performance in a fast-growing home improvement company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives
  • Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics
  • Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team
  • Proven record of strong sales performance
  • Strong coaching and team development skills

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus team performance overrides
