Position: Home Improvement Sales Manager

We’re growing fast and seeking a proven Sales Leader to take our roofing and home improvement team to the next level. If you have industry experience, know how to build winning teams, and consistently drive revenue, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and manage roofing sales representatives
• Coach the team on selling and closing techniques
• Monitor sales performance and improve conversion rates
• Set clear sales targets and hold the team accountable
• Drive revenue growth and overall team productivity
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of home improvement sales management experience
• Background in home improvements especially roofing
• Experience managing at least 20 sales representatives
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
