Position: Home Improvement Canvassing Manager

We are looking for a proven canvassing leader to oversee our top performing door-to-door canvassing teams. This is a position focused on driving daily lead production and maintaining accountability in the field.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train canvassing representatives
• Run daily huddles and performance recaps
• Map and assign neighborhood territories
• Monitor KPIs and daily field activity
• Support teams in the field

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years in door-to-door canvassing management
• Strong understanding of lead generating metrics
• Professional communication skills
