Position: Roofing Specialist (Maintenance Mechanic/Technician)

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on residential roofing experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, flashing, and ventilation
• OSHA, roofing and construction safety knowledge
• Proven ability to accurately troubleshoot leaks and roofing issues
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license required
