Field Canvasser-No Experienced Needed

Position: Field Canvasser — Set Appointments, No Selling Required

Our roofing company is growing fast across the region, and we're looking for outgoing, driven people to join our canvassing team — no roofing or sales background needed, we'll teach you everything.

What You'll Do:

  • Walk neighborhoods in Romeo and surrounding communities, meeting homeowners face-to-face
  • Start conversations, build rapport, and introduce homeowners to our roofing and financing options
  • Book free roof inspections for our specialist team to follow up on
  • That's it — no closing, no selling. Just set the appointment and move to the next door

What We're Looking For:

  • A friendly, outgoing personality and confident communication style
  • Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet, walking neighborhoods
  • Driven by goals and motivated by bonuses
  • Reliable transportation to your assigned territory
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and ready to grow

What You'll Get:
