Direct Field Marketing Manager

Position: Direct Field Marketing Manager

Manage and grow a field canvassing team — lead generation only, no selling

Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, train and manage a team of canvassers
  • Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
  • Schedule appointments for FREE estimates (No Selling Required)
  • Achieve team targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or team leader in Home Improvement Industry

Compensation:

  • Salary, Commission, Bonus & Overrides
  • Earn $100,000 to $350,000 per year
