Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Company: The Best Roofing company of its kind in the Detroit market. 30 Year old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding and gutters.

Position: Commercial Roofing Project Manager - Manage the Entire Process from Sale to Installation of Commercial Roofing

Experience:
• 5+ years of project management experience with commercial roofing
• Commercial roofing installation experience

Required Skills:
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with commercial clients, installers,
and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve issues involving commercial clients, installers, and subcontractors.
• Manage and document on-site punch list walkthroughs across commercial roofing installations, coordinating corrections and final approvals.
• Order commercial roofing materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and commercial clients.
• Handle issues related to commercial clients, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
