Canvassing Manager for 5 Star Roofing Company
Company: The Best Roofing company of its kind in the Detroit market. 30 Year old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding and gutters.
Position: Canvassing Manager
We are seeking a proven canvassing leader to oversee door-to-door canvassing teams. This is a position focused on driving daily lead production and maintaining accountability in the field.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage door-to-door canvassers
- Run daily team huddles and coaching sessions
- Map and assign neighborhood canvassing routes
- Canvass targeted areas when additional support is needed
- Help the team schedule free inspections with homeowners
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven door-to-door canvassing leadership experience
- Strong coaching and team management skills
- High energy and accountability
- Organized and results-focused
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation
- Earn $100K–$350K (Salary, Commission, Bonus and Overrides)
